 Setting up the vending machine program

We have selected what recipes we will be cooking during the school year to sell from the vending machine in the main hallway of our school.

We have tested the machine, selected the containers to go, and organized a menu accordingly to what could be popular in school and what we would like to learn to cook:

Turkey dinner with mashed potatoes and green beans, ziti pasta and meatballs, asian chicken salad, chicken caesar salad, fruit cups, different style sandwiches and more....

and prepared the recipes to use

We have created with Chef Giuseppe a shopping list for us to buy the ingredients.

 

also we tested a homemade apple pie with Chef B

we checked the progress in our greenhouse to see how plants and herbs growing
