 Adding a bakery program...... IBP

This school year 2022-2023 at Suncoast Technical College, in conjunction with Sarasota County School District, we are proud to announce our second course, Intro to Baking & Pastry IBP for our students with Chef Sara Bevil that will be added to our vocational program Culinary Arts to Careers CA2C with Chef Giuseppe Urbano



Students will learn the fundamentals of baking and pastry and learn to prepare and sell our goodies in our bakery and the vending machine dedicated to our culinary students for training purposes.
ACCESS seniors students will receive 3 credit hours upon completion.

All students will complete an application for entrance, coupled with an Interview by Ms. Mattingly and a tour of the beautiful facility at Suncoast Technical College.
